Filta is a personal workout planner. By using it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Free week, then a subscription

Filta is free for seven days after you finish setup, with no card needed. After that it costs from $4 a month, billed monthly or yearly, on the plan you choose, through Stripe, our payment provider. You can cancel at any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made. If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing you are refunded for the days you did not use. After that, cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. If the price changes you will be told at least 30 days before it applies to you. What you pay for is Filta’s own planning: the weekly plan, the calendar, the learning and your record. The workout videos belong to their creators, stay free on YouTube, and are never what the subscription buys. After the free week you can still open and play every workout in your plan and library; the subscription covers the planning.

What Filta is

Filta suggests publicly available workout videos, schedules them around your calendar and tracks what you complete. The videos belong to their creators and play in the official YouTube player; Filta does not copy or host them. Filta is not affiliated with YouTube, Google or any instructor or channel it shows.

Exercise at your own risk

Filta is not a medical service and gives no medical advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is suitable for you, for doing it safely, and for stopping if something hurts. Check with a professional before starting a new programme, especially after an injury, illness or pregnancy. To the extent the law allows, Filta is not liable for injury or loss arising from a workout you choose to do.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can stop using Filta at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the privacy policy).

Fair use

Do not use Filta to break the law, to harm the service, or to scrape or resell its content. Filta may change or withdraw features, and may close the service with at least 30 days’ notice, in which case any remaining paid period is refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
